You can advertise your courses on Finnishcourses.fi if:
- The course is a Finnish or Swedish language course.
- The course is held in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen,
- or the course is held entirely online and accessible to participants living in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
- The course is taught by a qualified teacher of Finnish or Swedish and has defined learning objectives.
- The training provider is a Finnish organisation or has a branch in Finland, or
- the training provider is a private individual residing in Finland.
- The training provider must have a functional website.
Education providers must enter and update course information on the platform. Course details may include
- course title,
- organiser,
- duration and schedule (dates, days of the week, times),
- availability,
- enrolment period,
- starting and target proficiency level,
- enrolment website,
- address and location (if not an online course),
- course fee,
- number of teaching hours,
- textbook used,
- website for additional information, and
- contact email for further enquiries.
Each education provider must have at least one contact person responsible for updating course details on the service. This person must be able to use the Finnish-language interface and understand Finnish-language instructions The InfoFinland editorial team provides login credentials and guidance for using the platform.

Costs
Submitting course details is free of charge for organisers. The system maintenance is handled by the communications team of the City of Helsinki Employment Services.
