The Summer University of Northern Ostrobothnia is a liberal adult education institution that organises open higher education, continuing vocational education, hobby and wellbeing courses, as well as language courses. The five units of the Northern Ostrobothnia Summer University are located in Oulu, Kuusamo, Pyhäjärvi, Raahe and Ylivieska.
